Return Policy

Information and pictures are for reference only, all subject to the goods delivered.

Return Service

We accept unconditional returns, exchanges or refunds within 7 days, please refer to the details below. (Exclude all customize products)

Defective or Damaged Product Replacement

Unlikely, product arrives not as described, please take a photo of the defective or damaged product, together with the order number, contact to our customer service department within 7 days. Once confirmed, we will send the replacement of product ASAP.

* Remarks:

   Photos and goods may have some chromatic aberration problem.
   We do not accept the request for return service if exceeding the 7 days return period (from the date of receipt on the delivery note, including holidays). 
   The goods returned must be in complete packaging, (include the goods,parts, packing material & box) We do not accept the request for return if goods have been used, unpacked, damaged, broken, scratched or got dirty by customer.
   For applying return service, please contact our customer service department. In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties,customer is responsible to provide the required information (including photos, return reasons and order number, etc.) for verification and arrangement. The return & exchange application will not be accepted if there is any missing information.
   The application for return would be rejected if the return shipment is not in complete packaging, (include the goods, parts, packing material &box). If customer shipped out non-complete packaging, customer is responsible for any re-shipment fee.

About Shipping Charges,

   The shipping charges for Return Service is responsible by customer.
   The shipping charges for defective or damaged product replacement is responsible by us - @LIKO (Include commercial area or self-pickup at SF store/center).

About Refund,

   The refund process will take around 14 days.

Refund Method:

   Order paid by Stripe (credit card)
-     Refund will be made through Stripe and 10% of the return item price will be charged as handling fee.

   Order paid by ATM bank transfer (only applied for Hong Kong customer)
-    Refund will be made in the form of a bank transfer. 10% of the return item price will be charged as handling fee. Customer will be notified after transfer completed,please verify with your bank afterwards.
-     Please provide your name, bank and account number when requesting refund. (Only support for Hang Seng or HSBC account)

   If there are more than one items in the order, and one of them needs to be refunded, only 10% of the return item price will be charged as handling fee.
